Tellima grandiflora is a clump-forming hardy perennial with rounded, lobed leaves and very pretty, sometimes fragrant small cream flowers that fade to a light rose colour that stand proud above the basal foliage. Fabulous for underplanting roses and shrubs and as an edging plant. A perfect choice for a woodland garden or cottage garden.
This lovely little plant prefers a moisture retentive soil in partial shade. Plants will, however, tolerate drier positions in shade, and full sun in moist soils. Plants may self-seed if seedheads are not removed, although new plants. Mature plants can be divided in spring.
Perennial | Hardy even in the coldest temperatures as the plant's origin means it can tolerate minus 20 degrees Celsius!
Height with flower stems to 70cm x 30cm Wide
Pot Size: 1 Litre
