Coming into Winter,  I still need to be out in the garden and these thermal gloves have been fantastic for keeping my hands warm.

The Acrylic/Cotton/Polyester liner provides effective protection against the cold. The natural rubber coating (latex) on the palm offers good resistance to tearing, puncturing and abrasion. The rough finish also provides excellent grip on slippery surfaces.

Due to being knitted without a seam and anatomically shaped, these gloves fit onto the hand perfectly to provide absolute comfort and exceptional dexterity. The coating is confined to the palm and fingertips, leaving the back of the hand ventilated to limit perspiration. This warm and comfortable glove is ideal for all types of work in the cold weather.

These gloves have an EN388 Performance rating.  This gives gloves a rating for their protection level against mechanical risks caused by abrasion, blade cut, tear, puncture and impact.

Use the hand chart in the image section to measure your hand to see which size is best for you.

We have updated our shipping rates:

Depending on the number of plants you are ordering the cost of freight will vary as indicated by the shipping rates below.

  • Auckland City | $12 minimum
  • Middle North Island | $15 minimum
  • Rest of North Island | $16 minimum
  • South Island | $25 minimum

Please note... Shipping to South Island is applied as Economy by default. If you wish to upgrade your order to overnight courier, please add this to the note section of your order or get in touch with us and we will contact you with the price difference and await your confirmation.

If your order exceeds calculated shipping rates (Shipping rates are calculated to 108kg maximum = approx. 108 x 1 Litre sized plants), please contact us for assistance at hello@puririlaneaddenbrooke.co.nz to organize shipping arrangements.
For smaller items such as moon calendars, books, cards, stationery and other items can be sent for a lesser rate which will be automatically applied, which you will see at checkout.

Upon checking out, the freight charged is applied based on weight and your location, including rural destinations.

    • All of our orders are dispatched using NZ Post which is a fully tracked service
    • Our freight price is calculated by weight and volume based on pricing provided by NZ Post.  For plant orders, you may wish to order the maximum number of plants that will fit in a box to make freight more cost-effective or perhaps share an order with a friend (e.g. In most cases up to 4 standard 1 Litre sized plants can fit in one of our smaller boxes and is the most cost-effective at the lowest shipping rate. However, areas such as Auckland or the Middle North Island may allow up to 12 standard 1 Litre sized plants before the next level shipping rate applied.)
    • Plant orders will only be dispatched on Monday's and Tuesday's this will ensure that your order is not held in a depot over the weekend
    • All parcels are set at "Authority to leave" which means if you're not home at the time of delivery the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place on your property
    • Most NZ Post deliveries are a two-day service with the exception of rural and South Island delivery which may add up to two days.
